To finalise your request, you will need to send us the photocopy of passport to the page containing the photo, valid for at least 6 months after your arrival in the Sultanate of Oman, and a passport photo. Everything will be sent to us on a secure space after the order, or by email..

Since 21 March 2018, only the e-Visa allows entry to the Sultanate of Oman for tourism purposes. The "classic" visa is no longer issued by embassies, in order to reduce waiting times at representations and airports.

Since December 2020, some one hundred nationalities have been visa-exempt for stays of up to 14 days. See next point.

The Omani e-Visa requires entry to the country within 6 months of issue. We recommend that you submit your request no more than 3 days before arriving in Oman.

If you are in transit ✈ in Muscat but do not leave the airport, you will not need a visa.. If you are in transit for a long period (up to 72 hours), you can apply for a transit visa with the help of your airline.

Passengers on cruise ships making a stopover in Oman of less than 48 hours do not need a visa.. If they make several stopovers in Oman, they must purchase a multiple-entry visa.

With a valid visa for Dubai, you can enter the Sultanate of Oman for 3 weeks without an additional visa.

Countries eligible for this scheme : Portugal, Spain, France, Switzerland, Italy, UK , Sweden, Greece, Austria , Ireland , Finland, Germany , Iceland, Belgium , Norway, Netherlands , Denmark, South Korea, Japan, Brunei, Malaysia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, Vatican, Monaco, Andorra, San Marino.

Once in Oman, you will need to present these documents to the immigration officer:

• your passportvalid for at least six months after your arrival in the Sultanate of Oman. This must be the same document used to issue the e-Visa.
• your Printed e-Visa which will be sent to you by email (make a request)

These other documents are not systematically requested:

• a return ticket proving your planned departure from the country
• a proof of reservation accommodation

All Omani immigration points (air, sea or land) are eligible for e-Visa.

The Sultanate of Oman makes no distinction between adults and minors. Minors must have their own passport and therefore make a standard e-Visa application. The price is the same for adults and minors.

If a minor leaves French territory without a legal guardian, he or she must be in possession of an AST (authorisation to leave the country). This document can be requested online, and must be completed by one of the holders of parental authority. When travelling, this form must be accompanied by a copy of the identity document of the legal guardian.

Since 21 March 2018, e-Visa has become the only way to obtain a visa for the Sultanate. In the event of refusal or ineligibility, we recommend that you contact the nearest Omani consulate or embassy to obtain an entry permit..

If you have been refused an e-Visa following an application on our website, the e-Visa application will be refunded in full.

The e-Visa allows one or more stays of up to 30 days in Oman. In some cases, this period may be extended. Once your e-Visa has been issued, you have 6 months to arrive in Oman.

As a general rule, e-Visas for Oman are issued in 3 daysfrom the time your documents are sent.

This timeframe is purely indicative and not a commitment on our part, as we are dependent on the Sultanate's administrative services.

No vaccination is compulsory for travellers from European Union countries.. However, you need to make sure you are up to date with vaccines such as DPTp and hepatitis B (universal vaccines).

If you discover an error before sending your administrative documents, please indicate the correction to be made by sending these documents.

Once an e-Visa has been issued, its details cannot be changed. You will need to submit a new application if your information differs significantly.
